Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our cabinetry, millwork, design services, and related products are custom-made or project-specific, payments generally become non-refundable as work is performed and costs are incurred.
Design & Consultation Fees
Consultation, design, drafting, engineering, measuring, and other professional service fees are non-refundable once the associated service has been performed or work has begun.
Deposits & Progress Payments
Deposits and progress payments may be applied toward design, planning, procurement, materials, fabrication, labor, scheduling, and other project-related costs. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the status of the project, work completed, materials ordered or committed, and the terms of the applicable project agreement.
Custom & Special-Order Products
Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, modified, finished, or special-order products are not returnable or refundable once fabrication, modification, finishing, or procurement has begun, except where otherwise required by law or expressly provided in the applicable agreement.
Project Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel a project must be submitted in writing. Any approved refund will be determined after accounting for work performed, materials purchased or committed, non-cancelable orders, administrative costs, and other amounts due under the applicable agreement.
Quality or Workmanship Concerns
A request for corrective work is not automatically considered a request for a refund. If you believe there is an issue with our workmanship or materials, please contact us promptly so we can inspect the concern and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with your project agreement and applicable warranty.
Project Agreements Control
This policy provides general information regarding our practices. Individual proposals, contracts, change orders, financing agreements, or other written agreements may contain project-specific cancellation, payment, warranty, or refund provisions. If there is a conflict, the applicable written agreement will control, subject to applicable law.
